Which days are considered business days?

Business days for us includes Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (with the exceptions of public holidays)

When will I receive my D'Haute Beauty Order?

Products ship within 1-4 business days from your order date, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on Mondays. During busier season, Christmas, Blackfriday or any Major Sales, orders may take up to 7 business days to process.  Processing times for lace wigs can take up 10 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 20 business days. We do not process orders on weekends and/or major holidays. 

I placed an order, can I make modifications?

We try to be efficient with ALL order processing, therefore modification to an order is not guaranteed after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. 

Why am I not seeing tracking updates, after receiving my tracking number?

 Please allow up to 48 hous after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carrier's website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please email us at info@dhautebeauty.com

Can I pick up my order instore, if I order online?

If you place an order online, but you would like to pick up in store, please select this option at check out.

Can I choose express shipping for my order?

We do offer express shipping, however, not all orders will be qualified for express shipping. If an order is not qualified for express shipping, we will reach out to you within 30 minutes of receiving your order. If the order does not meet express shipment terms, we will be more than happy to issue a full refund for your order, within the first 30 minutes of communicating with you. Orders placed Monday through Friday with express shipping will go out the same day if the order is placed before 1 PM (CST). Any orders with express shipping placed after 1 PM EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. Orders with express shipping placed over the weekend will be shipped out the next business day(Monday). Please note that even with an express shipping option we cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the allotted time.
